The Cartoon Car Race team building is a dynamic and creative activity. In this case, we had over 500 people and were at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin. Here is how the Cartoon Car Race is organized: Materials provided:

Steps for the activity:

Role assignment: We divide participants into teams of approximately 10–15 people.
Planning and design: After distributing the materials and explaining the rules, we give the teams time to plan and design their cardboard car. They can draw their plans on paper or discuss them during a brainstorming session.
Construction: Teams will work together to transform the cardboard sheets into the “bodywork” of the cars. There is no limit to creativity; over the years, we have seen it all!
Decoration: After building the cardboard cars, teams can decorate them using markers, colored pencils, stickers, and other available materials. This phase is an opportunity to further personalize the cars and make them unique, perhaps by incorporating corporate colors or a specific concept.
Testing and racing: Once all teams have completed their cardboard cars, we will give each team the opportunity to introduce themselves and present their creation. After this design judging phase, we move on to the actual race on the circuit we have prepared.
Debriefing: At the end of the activity, it is important to organize a debriefing session where teams discuss the challenges encountered, the strategies used, and the lessons learned. This is an opportunity to reflect on the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving common goals.
