Un nuovo format di team building sulle orme del film premio Oscar “La Grande Bellezza” di Paolo Sorrentino.

The idea is simple and brilliant. Participants, divided into teams, must create a short film in the style of the movie, and one of the participants must play the role of Jep Gambardella, the flamboyant protagonist masterfully portrayed by Toni Servillo.

Teams must invent a plot and write dialogue worthy of the film: “I didn’t want to be just a socialite, I wanted to become the king of socialites. I didn’t just want to attend parties, I wanted to have the power to make them fail!”

This now-famous line captures the essence of the Oscar-winning film. Jep Gambardella is an absolutely unique character—distinctive, sharp, and captivating.

Durante questo team building ogni team ci darà la propria visione della società moderna, magari contestualizzando e stigmatizzando pregi e difetti dell’azienda o dei suoi prodotti/servizi.

At the end of the activity, the films will be presented by each team and viewed on a large screen; the members of the team that produced the best work will be awarded at the Oscars night!
