The Team Beat Team Building will encourage you to work together to create a deep connection between your team members, developing communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
Team Beat: a collective rhythmic journey with percussion, Boomwhackers, and vocals, guided by a professional music master. The activity unfolds in four phases: rhythmic warm-up with hand claps, foot stomps, and voice (10-15 min), instrument distribution and division into orchestral sections (10-15 min), progressive building of the piece with each section adding its rhythmic layer (15-30 min), and final performance by the entire group in synchrony (5-10 min). The master conducts with visual gestures, modulating speed, volume, and intensity. Total duration: 30 min to 1.5 hours. Setup: 30-60 min. All instruments — djembe, drums, shakers, Boomwhackers — are provided by our staff.
Team Beat is a format with a medium training level, focused on the musical metaphor of group dynamics.
