Sushi San

In the Sushi San Team Building, work together as a team to learn the art of sushi making. Enjoy the creative process together, sharing laughs, tips, and mutual appreciation. This activity creates a relaxed, informal atmosphere that fosters team connection.

Sushi San: a Japanese culinary experience with a professional Chef guiding participants through the preparation of Temaki, Nigiri, and Uramaki. The activity unfolds in four phases: introduction with Chef demonstration (20-30 min), guided team practice with continuous supervision (40-60 min), creative challenge with signature dish and collective tasting (30-40 min), and final awards (10-15 min). Teams of 8-15 people work at complete stations with all fresh ingredients and equipment. Total duration: 2-3 hours. Setup: 1 hour. Disposable materials included, ceramic tableware available on request.
