Street FundRaising: a high-impact CSR activity where teams, supported by professional street performers (jugglers, magicians, clowns), take to the streets for a real fundraiser benefiting a nonprofit. The activity unfolds in three phases: briefing with cause presentation and approach strategies (30-40 min), competitive street fundraising (60-120 min), and return with counting, ranking, and debriefing (20-30 min). Total duration: 2-4 hours. Outdoor location in squares or city streets. Public space occupation permits included in organizational management.
Street FundRaising is a format with a low training level but develops highly advanced commercial and relational skills in practice. The dynamics stimulated are: sales and persuasion (convincing strangers to donate requires listening, empathy, and ethical persuasion), communication under pressure (capturing attention in seconds, training the elevator pitch), stepping out of the comfort zone (approaching strangers overcomes the fear of rejection), and territory strategy (deciding positioning and role distribution). Ideal for sales teams. The CSR component adds meaning and motivation to the experience.
