Divided in teams you will take part to a series of games inspired by the winter Olympic games and more than that. Depending on the available snow and ice we can organize some tasks such as building igloos or snow caves, sleds, original sculptures. Or we can choose other kinds of tasks such as orienteering competitions, strategy and coordination challenges using particular skis, etc. Each activity requires your full collaboration as a team, the ability to make fast decisions and the flexibility in facing challenges together. Develop team strategies, coordinate your actions and face the tasks together to develop teamwork skills, mutual trust and group work to reach a common goal. During the sport competitions on snow and ice you will overcome obstacles, keep emotional control and give your best to reach the maximum results, thus developing resilience, determination and the ability to improve stress management.
