DESCRIPTION
Vertical Garden
We provide for each team a variety of materials such as pallets, tubes, vases, soil and gardening tools. Guided by our expert gardener, you can use your creativity to design and make wonderful vertical vegetable or flower gardens. You will learn the basics of plant growing, irrigation and conservation. Select the plants, organize the space and the necessary elements of plant food, depending on their final destination. Work all together to share ideas and experiences, plan everything in detail and use everyone’s abilities. The team will learn to actively listen, trust and work in synergy with one another.
During the building phase you need to consider the specific needs and features of a vertical garden and to solve problems linked to that. Activate your creative thinking to use the materials at their best and to make sure the structure is solid and functioning. Once you finish the structure, you can grow your plants and take care of your vertical gardens during time. This inspires a sense of responsibility, teaches gardening know-how and lets you enjoy the advantages of a green environment in your offices. As an alternative you can donate them to an association of your choice. The “Vertical Garden” Team Building inspires also sustainability and environmental awareness because you are encouraged to use recycled material to build the structures, to grow plants that support biodiversity and to reduce environmental impact through sustainable gardening practice. More than that, this activity gives you a nice opportunity to connect with nature and reach spiritual well-being: it has been demonstrated that the contact with plants and nature has positive effects on health.
The “Vertical Garden” Team Building offers you an engaging and stimulating experience in creating sustainable green spaces. Work together with your team to design, build and grow your vertical gardens; develop collaboration, problem solving and environmental awareness. It is a great opportunity to discover the beauty of growing plants, connect with nature and promote sustainability within your team!
