Tinkering

We can say that this Team Building’s focus is the journey, not the goal. What does that mean? Tinkering started at the Exploratorium of San Francisco, based on researches by Boston’s M.I.T. It underlines the ability to transform an initial exploration phase into a finalized activity. This allows to experiment and explore your group knowledge in a creative way and to find an original solution to a problem. We provide for each team a variety of materials such as wood, paper, plastic, tape, thread and much more. Guided by expert facilitators, you are encouraged to let your imagination run free, try different combinations of materials and to explore new solutions in order to enhance the assigned theme. Feel the challenge of critical thinking, finding innovative and original solutions and overcoming obstacles through teamwork.

“Tinkering” promotes collaboration, innovation and communication within the team. You need to carefully listen to one another, share ideas and work together towards a common objective. Feel free to experiment, try, adapt and improve your projects based on feedback and the challenges you face along the way. This helps open the mind towards interaction and continuous learning, makes you think in an unconventional way, break the rules and find unusual solutions. Explore new ideas, test your imagination and create something unique though the Tinkering process.
