Talent Factory

A theme will be assigned and each team works to create a show around it: select the songs to perform and create an engaging choreography. Each team member has a specific role and actively contributes to the final success. During rehearsal, learn to work all together to synchronize movements, harmonize voices and refine your performance. Be encouraged to explore new interpretations, add new creative elements and underline your personal skills; overcome your fears, express yourselves freely and step up in front of the others: the “Talent Factory” Team Building inspires self confidence in your artistic skills and in general. During the final performance you can show your talents to everybody, thus increasing your ability to act under pressure and to receive feedback and evaluations about your teamwork.
