Sushi San
Get involved in the Japanese culture and tradition, learn the cutting techniques, rice preparation, ingredient selection and sushi assembling. Each team member has a specific role in the sushi creation process, such as fish cut, preparation of the various ingredients and the making of sushi rolls. All roles are of course interchangeable within the team, so that one can try different things! Learn how to have an efficient communication, collaborate and coordinate movements in order to create some high quality sushi. Work together and make a careful presentation of the sushi plate, aesthetically appealing and with a particular attention to details. Be creative with the combinations and be extra careful with the plating and presentation!
