Divided into teams, you have the opportunity to test your imagination and your artistic skills. Work together to carefully design the sculptures, choosing together the shape, dimension and details to add. Every team member has a specific role in the sculpting process: modeling, engraving and giving the finishing touch. Working together you can use every individual’s skills and ideas to create unique and original sculptures. Learn to openly communicate within the team, share ideas, solve problems and make group decisions, thus improving collaboration, mutual trust and efficient communication.

At the end of the sculpture creation, you can organize an exhibition of all the works of art at your office or in a dedicated location. An exhibition is a great opportunity to value and celebrate teamwork, while all other colleagues can admire your creations.
