Learn the basics of Rugby, develop your technical skills and use them in a series of challenges and matches. There will be a short introduction to the base rules and techniques of Rugby, such as the players’ positions, the match phases and the main team strategies. Then every team begins the practice sessions, where everyone has the opportunity to try out and improve their technical skills in passing, kicking, tackling and running with the ball. Our professional trainers will guide you through it all and give you advice and feedback to help you improve more and more.

Once the players feel confident enough with the base skills, we move on to the challenges and matches, made of practice exercises and real game situations, testing your skills in a more dynamic and competitive context. Teamwork, communication and collaboration are fundamental key factors during a match, in order to reach the common goals! Every team member has a specific role and needs to learn to trust the others and work together to achieve positive results. The “Rugby” Team Building is not only about technical skills: it inspires important values like fair play, mutual respect and team spirit. Everyone is encouraged to follow the rules and respect the opponents, besides celebrating success and managing defeat with sportsmanship.
