Post-It Art

Express your creativity and enhance the team’s collaboration sense during the “Post-it” Team Building. After a short introduction you will be divided into teams. Each team receives many blocks of coloured Post-its to use in the creation of a collective work of art. We can choose a specific topic or we can let loose the imagination. The first step is the most important and complex: put on paper your ideas and design so that you can later reproduce it in bigger scale on a sectioned panel. Each team takes care of one section of the total image, using the Post-its colours and shape.

Exchange your ideas, cooperate and help each other to reach the best possible result. You can test different positioning and coulour combination, adding the necessary details to create a unique and engaging work of art. Once completed, you are going to present it to the panel of judges and share also your experience, difficulties, solutions and impressions with the other teams. It is a moment to value teamwork and recognize everyone’s unique contribution to the creation. This leads to a team sense of pride and identity. The final work of art represents the teamwork and you can decide to display it at your office as a symbol of the group’s creativity and collaboration.
