Pasta Building

Our presenter introduces the activity and shows you its objectives and dynamics. Then, every team faces the construction of a specific given shape, such as a solid bridge, a skyscraper or an artistic sculpture. They need to carefully plan, work together and use their creativity to reach the goal. An efficient communication within the team is essential: everyone needs to share ideas, listen to one another and make decisions as a team to overcome the challenges along the way. They learn to value everyone’s personal skills and competence and to work together to reach incredible results.

Our “Pasta Building” offers many advantages as a Team Building: besides stimulating teamwork, it inspires imagination, initiative and problem solving. It encourages to think out of the box and find original solutions to build solid structures using unusual materials like pasta and modeling clay. This activity enhances efficient communication, time management and adaptability. Learn to count on your teammates, manage the resources at hand and work under pressure to complete the tasks. At the end of the activity every team shows their creation/s and tests their stability. We can also organize a friendly competition to reward the team that built the most original and solid construction.
