After being divided in teams, participants have the opportunity to build and reproduce some of the machines originally designed by Leonardo Da Vinci. These machineries include mechanical devices, bridges, gearwheels, endless screws and much more. But if you expect to find all the material ready to use with detailed instructions, you are wrong! The objective of the Team Building is not to make you follow instructions mechanically but to stimulate your creativity, your ability to find alternative solutions and innovative ideas to reach the goal. Every participant can explore new concepts and apply Leonardo’s ideas to the building challenges. This inspires the mind and generates unique solutions. More than that, the building of machinery requires a good teamwork, a perfect plan and design, efficient communication and sharing responsibilities. Each team works together to find the correct materials, assemble the components, solve potential problems and make sure the machine works properly. This encourages synergy and teamwork abilities.
