Fashion Show

It all starts with a brief introduction to the world of fashion and style, followed by a presentation of the guidelines and the available resources to create original clothing. After being divided into teams, each of them works hard to cover all the different steps of the making of a unique dress: planning and designing, creating and presenting. Each team has to work together to develop their own fashion concept, to select the fabrics and materials and create the designed piece of clothing. Combine everyone’s ability and ideas and use the best design, sewing, decoration and styling experiences and skills that your team members naturally have. It is of upmost importance to encourage open communication and exchanging of ideas, especially during the planning phase. The teams can have brainstorming sessions, they can share sketches and dress fitting moments, to work together at their best and reach a successful result. Once all the dresses are made, we can organize a fashion show where each team presents their creation in front of a panel of judges. The creations will be evaluated by their originality, style, coherence with the concept and overall presentation. There can be different awards, such as “Best design”, “Best colour combination”, “Best technical performance”, etc.

Besides the competition, this Team Building aims to enhance cooperation and bonds within the team. During the whole experience, a lot of natural abilities and talents will be discovered and appreciated. Be encouraged to work all together, share knowledge and learn from one another. The activity enhances creativity, efficient communication, planning, time management and problem solving skills. Not only that, the day offers a lot of fun moments, a team sense of belonging and motivation, building long lasting memories.
