Dancing Challenge

Together with professional dancers and choreographers dive into the world of dance. Be introduced to the different styles: contemporary, jazz, hip-hop or latin. Through fun dance lessons, full of energy, you’ll learn the basic techniques, coordination, musicality and graceful body moves. Each team member can explore their body expression and discover their unique dance style. Dancing is much more than body motion: it requires non verbal communication, mutual trust and synchronization. Through team exercises you’ll learn to work together, listen to one another and create fascinating choreographies from a to z. Dance is a universal language that goes beyond linguistic and cultural barriers, thus allowing the team to communicate on a different and deeper level.

Besides putting together a final dance performance, this activity can also include the creation of costumes and scenography. The participants can express themselves and their creativity in every aspect of the show, building a great sense of team pride.
It can all be customized according to your needs and it can be an intensive half day session or a whole day. It can be done in a professional dance studio, in a beautiful and inspiring location or even at your headquarters.
