Bootcamp

This Team Building is organized as a circuit trail made of different challenges: you can choose how many and what kind, according to your schedule, available spaces and number of participants. On each challenge location there is a member of our staff to guide and support you. In rotation, each team faces each challenge, without anyone having to wait. Every team member will be involved in strategic and problem solving activities that require their full cooperation, good communication and creative thinking. Only as a team you can overcome obstacles, solve riddles and reach the assigned goals. An experience that builds energy and motivation and enhances the team’s sense of belonging, leadership, trust and inspiration. Every participant with its skills contributes to the final result and learns from the others. Support each other, celebrate the achievements, overcome difficulties together, learn to trust and listen to one another and reach quick and efficient choice making.

“Bootcamp” can be customized according to your group’s needs and it can be done in half a day or a full day, also combined to other Team Building activities. All we need is a perfect location with enough space, like a sports centre, a park, sports fields, etc. The outdoor activity allows to connect with nature, reduce stress, improve physical and emotional health and discover the team identity.
