Actors Studio

During our “Actors Studio” Team Building you have the opportunity to explore the different aspects of acting: learn improvisation techniques and how to manage your emotions, manage the interpretation of different characters and enhance the non verbal communication. Through fun warming up games, role plays and script development you can enhance your on stage performance, learn to keep your emotions under control while acting and adapt to the team’s dynamics. Test empathy, mutual trust and teamwork just like a real theatrical ensemble Each participant has the opportunity to express his/her creativity and to step up in a safe and inspiring environment. Cooperation and trust are essential for the team’s success!
The final performance is the highlight of this experience: you can show all you have learned by putting together a short play. Show your skills and, most of all, live the power of teamwork and group synergy.

This activity can easily be adapted to your requirements and can be done in different types of location.
After some physical warm up, breathing and vocal exercises you can learn to use your voice at its best and to express yourselves in a clear and determined way.
You will be encouraged to explore different characters, situations and emotions, thus developing a great sense of empathy and interpretation.
