Post It Art: an artistic and strategic activity where teams use thousands of colored Post-its as pixels to recreate company logos or complex images on large surfaces. The activity unfolds in three phases: briefing with grid distribution and strategic planning (15-20 min), collaborative execution with inter-team coordination (30-60 min), and final reveal of the collective artwork (10-15 min). Each team works on one section of the overall image, requiring precision and communication between teams. Duration: 1-2 hours. Flexible indoor/outdoor. All materials — Post-its, grids, color legends — provided by our staff.
Post It Art has a low training level, but generates highly visible team dynamics.
