Pizzaman For a Day: a culinary activity where participants, guided by a professional pizza chef, learn to knead, roll out, and top artisan pizzas. The activity unfolds in three phases: dough lesson and briefing (20-30 min), pizza creation in team competition with classic and creative ingredients (40-60 min), and collective tasting with awards (30-40 min). Each team creates original recipes judged on taste, creativity, and presentation. Duration: 2-3 hours. Groups up to 50 people. Indoor venue with wood-fired oven or portable electric ovens. All materials and ingredients provided by our staff.
Pizzaman For a Day has a low training level, primarily fun and convivial. The dynamics activated include: applied creativity (inventing original recipes from the same ingredients available to all), operational coordination (managing preparation times, roles, and sequencing), communication and negotiation (deciding together on recipes and strategies), attention to quality (caring about taste and presentation), and socialization (working side by side breaks down hierarchical barriers). Ideal for corporate dinners, informal team days, and welcome events for new colleagues.
