PiantiAmo: an eco-sustainable team building format dedicated to real reforestation. Participants, divided into teams, plant trees in areas selected with forestry authorities. The activity unfolds in three phases: environmental briefing with experts (20-30 min), collaborative planting with personalized tag creation (60-90 min), and debriefing with guided reflection (20-30 min). Each team receives a complete kit: gloves, spades, native plants. Duration: 1.5-3 hours. Exclusively outdoor. All materials and equipment provided by our staff.
