Do you want a fun and original Team Building activity to entertain your guests during dinner? Perhaps with a cinematic theme? Movie Game is exactly the activity for you!
Movie Game: an engaging evening format where teams become “production companies” competing on the theme of cinema. Challenges include movie trivia, soundtrack recognition, spot-the-error, live cartoon dubbing, and cult scene reenactments on stage. Structured to unfold between dinner courses, with a professional host managing the pacing. Three phases: team formation and warm-up (15-20 min), cinema challenges between courses (60-120 min), Oscar-style awards ceremony (15-20 min). Duration: 1.5-2.5 hours. Requires stage, sound system, projector, and round tables for teams of ~10 people.
Movie Game has a low training level, focused on entertainment, team bonding, and informal networking. The key dynamics stimulated are: public speaking and stage presence (dubbing and reenacting scenes in a fun, low-pressure environment), creative collaboration (quickly organizing, casting, and rehearsing scene reenactments), quick thinking and knowledge sharing (pooling collective knowledge for trivia rounds), team spirit and informal bonding (playful competition creating connections across departments), and attention to detail (spot-the-error challenges training observational skills). The perfect format for corporate dinners where structured entertainment keeps energy high.
Does Movie Game work during a dinner?
Absolutely — it is designed precisely for that. The challenges unfold rhythmically between courses, keeping energy high without interrupting the dining experience. Our host manages the pacing so each round fits naturally into the breaks between courses.
Do participants need to be cinema experts for Movie Game?
Not at all. Questions cover a wide range of difficulty levels and genres. Each team of about 10 people pools their collective knowledge. The dubbing and reenactment challenges rely on creativity and fun, not film expertise.
Is Movie Game suitable for international groups?
Yes. The format can be conducted entirely in English or bilingually. Cinema is a universal language — movie scenes, soundtracks, and iconic moments are recognized across cultures. Our hosts adapt the content for multilingual corporate events.
