Mosaic Team Building is an engaging and creative activity that allows you to work together to create a unique work of art using mosaic tiles or other materials of different nature and texture. During the activity, you will have the opportunity to explore your creativity, develop collaboration skills and promote a sense of belonging to the group.
Mosaic: a creative activity where teams, armed with glue and colored tiles, design and create a mosaic on 100×100 cm panels. Three phases: briefing and design with role assignment (20-30 min), mosaic creation with tile placement (60-90 min), final assembly and reveal of the complete work (15-20 min). In collective mode, each team works on a section of the image that is joined only at the end. Total duration: 1.5-2.5 hours. Versatile indoor/outdoor, approximately 10 sqm per team. Setup: 30-60 minutes.
Mosaic has a low training level, but offers high symbolic and relational value. The key skills stimulated are: big picture vs. detail (working on a fragment while trusting the shared project), planning and internal organization (distributing tasks of drawing, cutting, gluing, and quality control), inter-team coordination (in collective mode, communicating with adjacent groups for image continuity), patience and precision (placing tiles with care), and creativity within constraints (working within a predefined scheme). Ideal for conventions and kick-offs where you want to leave a tangible memory of the event.
