The Mission Impossible Team Building offers you an exciting and engaging experience where participants, divided into teams, must overcome challenges, solve puzzles, and complete objectives in the shortest time possible. How many missions will you manage to complete?
Mission Impossible: a high-energy urban format where teams, equipped with HD video cameras, complete and film creative “impossible” challenges while interacting with strangers and passersby in the heart of the city. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing and team formation in a plenary room (20-30 min), urban missions with challenges graduated by difficulty (60-120 min), editing and screening of the final video (30-45 min), and awards with debriefing (15-20 min). Total duration: 2-3.5 hours. Outdoor in city centers or large venues, with an indoor room for briefing and screening. Video cameras, materials, and professional editing are provided by our staff.
Mission Impossible has a medium training level, with a strong impact on enterprise and group dynamics: enterprise and proactivity (stepping out of the comfort zone and approaching strangers), creativity under pressure (finding original solutions in limited time), persuasive communication (convincing strangers to participate), planning and prioritization (deciding which missions to attempt and in what order), trust and team spirit (facing socially bold challenges together), and rejection management (learning to try again with resilience).
