Mind Hackers is a format that tests the team’s cognitive and relational abilities with surprising challenges. Attention, memory, logic and intuition are activated in immersive activities that require collaboration and shared strategies. A stimulating experience to think together, strengthen the group and tackle problems from new perspectives.
Mind Hackers: a cognitive adventure where participants become “mental hackers”. Divided into teams, they must thwart a threat by cracking a secret code through rotating challenges: human cryptography, selective attention, non-verbal communication, lateral thinking, and cognitive bias management. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing and narrative immersion (10-15 min), rotating cognitive challenges in separate environments (40-60 min), final decoding (15-20 min), and debriefing with awards (10-15 min). Total duration: 1-1.5 hours. Suitable for indoor or outdoor settings. Separate environments required for challenge stations. All materials are provided by our staff.
Mind Hackers has a medium-high training level, focusing on cognitive and metacognitive abilities: lateral thinking (abandoning conventional logic and finding unconventional solutions), cognitive bias management (discovering firsthand how biases influence decisions), effective communication (verbal and non-verbal challenges highlighting active listening), attention and focus (concentrating on relevant information under pressure), analytical problem solving (synthesizing fragmented information), and emotional intelligence (reading emotions and signals from others). Ideal for analytical teams wanting to discover their cognitive blind spots.
