With MetaAffresco, augmented reality enters team building: put on the headset and watch the work come to life on canvas. Each participant becomes both guide and artist, following virtual lines to create a shared masterpiece. Technology and creativity merge in an immersive experience, where every gesture counts. An innovative activity that unites, surprises, and leaves its mark, on the team and on the canvas.
MetaAffresco: an experience that blends painting with Augmented Reality. Participants, divided into teams of 8-15, paint on canvas following directions from the person wearing an AR viewer that projects the artwork guidelines. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing and technique introduction (15-20 min), AR-guided painting (30-60 min), assembly of the collective artwork (10-15 min), and debriefing with handover (10-15 min). Total duration: 1-2 hours. Preferably indoor. All materials — easels, canvases, paints, brushes, AR viewers — are provided by our staff. The finished artwork stays with the company.
MetaAffresco develops a broad range of soft skills through technology-mediated communication: effective communication (translating visual AR inputs into practical instructions for painters), mutual trust and trust in the leader (painters must blindly trust the viewer wearer’s directions), creativity and problem solving (interpreting verbal instructions and translating them into brushstrokes), big-picture thinking (each team works on a portion without knowing the complete picture), and sense of belonging (the collective artwork becomes a tangible symbol of teamwork). The format is ideal for tangibly visualizing company values and brand identity. The artwork can be customized with company logos and messages.
