Do you need to shake up your team? Are you looking for a fun Team Building activity that can stimulate your group’s creativity and lateral thinking? We have what you need: Lego Building!
Lego Building: an activity with thousands of original Lego bricks to build complex team sculptures. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing with challenge presentation — competitive or collaborative (10-15 min), design and planning of the project with time and resource constraints (15-20 min), building the sculpture with role division and coordination (40-60 min), and final presentation with awards (15-20 min). Participants, divided into teams of 6-10, work on customized briefs — iconic buildings, company logos, symbolic objects. Total duration: 1.5-2.5 hours. Preferably indoor. Training level: high.
Lego Building is a format with a high training level, among the most requested for its ability to make team dynamics visible. The skills developed include: planning and project management (defining objectives, allocating resources, and setting priorities), creativity and problem solving (transforming an abstract brief into a concrete sculpture with limited resources), leadership and team roles (leaders, organizers, executors, and creatives naturally emerge during construction), communication and coordination (precise instructions and continuous coordination), and time and resource management (rapid decisions on how to invest available resources). Ideal for observing group dynamics in action, with debriefing linked to corporate competencies.
