Guerrilla Gardening: During Guerrilla Gardening, participants will engage in secret and surprising gardening activities. The goal is to transform neglected urban areas, such as sidewalks, public spaces, or abandoned areas, into lush and colorful gardens. You can plant flowers, herbs, trees, and shrubs, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment for the community.

This type of activity promotes collaboration and teamwork. Participants will be divided into teams and must coordinate to plan and execute Guerrilla Gardening actions. Each team member will have a role to play, which could include selecting plants, customizing pots, building fences, preparing the soil, watering, and maintenance. Sharing skills and responsibilities will foster a collective learning environment and stimulate team creativity. This Team Building also promotes environmental awareness and sustainability. By transforming degraded urban spaces into green areas, you contribute to improving air quality, reducing noise pollution, and creating habitats for insects and animals.

Furthermore, gardening promotes connection with nature and the importance of biodiversity. During Guerrilla Gardening activities, participants will have the opportunity to learn new gardening skills, such as choosing plants suitable for urban environments, seeding and transplanting techniques, and maintenance practices. These skills can also be applied in their daily lives and, why not, work lives, promoting greater environmental awareness and care for nature.

1. Briefing and Planning

The team receives the “green survival kit”: seeds, herbs, flowers, soil, and tools. Under the guidance of our experts, participants plan the intervention taking into account the terrain and exposure.

2. Action and Cooperation

Each member has a role: some prepare the soil, some customize the pots, some handle the planting. This is where collaboration becomes essential to transform a neglected area into a thriving small ecosystem.

3. “Seed Bombing” and Maintenance

We’ll learn to create the famous “seed bombs” for quick and fun urban reforestation, as well as establish a care plan to ensure the team’s work lasts over time.
