Welcome to the exciting Go Green Team Building experience! This special event will allow you to clean up natural areas together, explore sustainable solutions, and give new life to seemingly useless objects, reducing environmental impact and unleashing your creativity.
Go Green: a sustainable team building combining waste collection in natural areas and artistic upcycling. Four phases: briefing and team formation (15-20 min), competitive waste collection blitz on beaches, in woods or parks (30-45 min), creative sculpture building with collected materials and inter-team trading (45-60 min), and pitch and awards by category (15-20 min). Total duration: 2-3 hours. Sorted disposal included.
Go Green is a format with a medium training level, focused on sustainability and creativity. The key dynamics stimulated are: creativity and lateral thinking (transforming waste into artworks), environmental awareness and social responsibility (hands-on waste collection experience), negotiation and inter-team collaboration (material trading between teams), and presentation and storytelling (creative pitch of the artwork to the jury).
