Our Fresco Team Building is an engaging experience that combines artistic fun with team growth. During this activity, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of art and painting in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

Affresco: participants, divided into teams of 4-8, paint a collective artwork on canvas using brushes, spatulas, sponges, and their own hands with professional acrylic paints. The activity includes three phases: artistic briefing with painting technique introduction (15-20 min), free creation on individual canvases composing the complete fresco (45-120 min), and final assembly and unveiling of the collective artwork (15-30 min). Duration: 60 to 180 minutes. Setup: 1-2 hours. Works indoor and outdoor. No artistic experience required. All materials — canvases, acrylic paints, brushes, spatulas, aprons, protections — are included and provided by our staff. The finished artwork stays with the company.
Affresco develops competencies with an engagement profile of Mental 6/10, Physical 5/10, Fun 9/10, and Training 7/10. Key skills developed include: creative collaboration (negotiating colors, styles, and composition for a harmonious result), non-verbal communication (expressing and understanding through visual language), imperfection management (transforming mistakes into creative opportunities), big-picture thinking (working on a section while trusting the overall plan). An inclusive format that works with any type of team. Manual painting has a documented calming effect that reduces stress and creates authentic connection between colleagues.
