Energy For Africa: a CSR team building activity where participants assemble portable solar power stations destined for schools and villages in Africa. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing with awareness on the energy crisis (15-20 min), technical assembly of kits with solar panels, batteries, LEDs, and USB ports (60-90 min), functional testing and presentation (20-30 min), and official donation ceremony (10-15 min). Total duration: 1.5-2.5 hours (ideal 2 hours). Teams of 8-12 people with a dedicated work table per group. Specialized technicians supervise each team. All materials and kits provided by our staff.
