Immerse yourselves in the exciting world of forensic science with our engaging CSI Team Building. Become detectives for a day and join us to solve mysterious criminal cases.
CSI: participants, divided into teams of 4-8, become forensic investigators and solve a criminal case with real scientific techniques. The activity includes: briefing and crime scene staging (15-30 min), investigations with forensic stations — fingerprint dusting with professional powders, UV analysis with ultraviolet lamps, witness interrogation (professional actors), identikit construction, metal detector searches, phone tapping analysis, and USB memory examination (45-240 min), and final reconstruction and verdict (15-30 min). Duration: 90 to 360 minutes. Setup: 2-3 hours. Works indoor, outdoor, or mixed. All professional forensic materials are included and managed by our staff.
CSI develops competencies with an engagement profile of Mental 9/10, Physical 4/10, Fun 9/10, and Training 8/10. Key skills developed include: analytical and deductive thinking (collecting clues and building coherent theories), team-based investigative work (forensic specialization and result sharing), strategic communication (formulating targeted questions in interrogations), information management (cataloging and cross-referencing clues). Particularly suited for legal, compliance, audit, and consulting teams. Our facilitators guide a debriefing connecting investigative skills to everyday professional dynamics.
