Turn discarded materials into stunning sculptures and persuade the jury of your team’s ingenious creations. A sustainable team building experience that sparks creativity and collaboration.
Participants, divided into teams of 6-10, reuse recycled materials (paper, plastic, iron, fabrics, sponge rubber) to create modern sculptures and artworks. The activity includes a creative briefing (10-15 min), collaborative building phase (50-80 min), and jury presentation with a persuasive text to “sell” the artwork (15-25 min). The theme can be customized and limited budgets for premium materials introduced. Total duration: 1.5-2.5 hours (ideal 2 hours). Setup: 1 hour + 1 hour teardown. All creative materials are included and provided by our staff.
Creative Recycling develops skills with scores Mental 7/10, Physical 5/10, Fun 8/10, and Training 7/10. Core areas: creativity and divergent thinking (transforming waste into art), applied sustainability (making the value of reuse tangible), storytelling and persuasion (jury presentation with compelling narrative), role management (designer, builder, communicator emerge naturally within the team). Especially effective for teams working on sustainability or CSR projects.
