Immerse yourselves in the exciting world of cocktails with our engaging Cocktail Team Building! An experience that combines fun, creativity, and collaboration through the art of mixology.
Cocktail Team Building: participants, divided into teams of 4-8, learn mixology techniques from professional bartenders and create original cocktails in a competition judged on taste, aesthetics, and storytelling. The activity unfolds in four phases: mixology masterclass with shaking, stirring, and garnishing techniques (20-30 min), recipe creation with over 30 available ingredients (20-40 min), preparation and competition (20-40 min), group tasting and awards (15-30 min). Total duration: 60-150 minutes. Available both indoors and outdoors. Over 1,000 bottles of spirits, liqueurs, juices, and premium ingredients. All materials — shakers, jiggers, glasses, garnishes, ice — are included and managed by our staff.
Cocktail Team Building develops competencies with an engagement profile of Mental 6/10, Physical 4/10, Fun 9/10, and Training 5/10. Key skills developed include: creativity and product innovation (inventing an original cocktail through experimentation and iteration), teamwork under pressure (internal organization and role division within limited time), communication and storytelling (presenting the cocktail to judges compellingly), attention to detail (flavor balancing and aesthetic presentation). Ideal format for onboarding, corporate celebrations, and project kick-offs. Our facilitators can include a debriefing connecting the creative process to workplace innovation dynamics.
