Explore the intriguing world of cinema in our engaging Team Building. Bring your team together to create a real short film, putting your creativity, communication and collaboration into play.
Cinema: participants, divided into teams of 8-12, become a real film production company. Each team writes the screenplay, assigns roles (director, actors, cameraman, sound engineer, costume designer), and shoots scenes with professional HD cameras, clapperboards, tripods, and directional microphones. The activity includes three phases: briefing with basic directing techniques and casting (20-30 min), scriptwriting and filming at indoor and outdoor locations (1.5-2.5 hours), real-time editing by our staff and final screening with Oscar-style awards (30-45 min). Total duration: 2.5-4 hours (ideal 3 hours). Requires a plenary hall with projector, screen, audio/video system, and microphone. All materials — cameras, costumes, props — are included and managed by our staff.

Key skills developed include: leadership and delegation (organizing as a film crew with clear roles), creativity under pressure (writing and shooting a short film in just hours), communication and public speaking (performing on camera and presenting work), planning and time management (managing the script-shooting-delivery sequence), cross-functional collaboration (coordination between director, actors, and technicians). Particularly effective for observing natural leadership dynamics and delegation skills. Our facilitators conduct a structured debriefing connecting the filmmaking experience to workplace professional competencies.
