An exciting chocolate challenge where teams must create the perfect product without recipes or instructions. You’ll have quality ingredients, tools to melt chocolate, and packaging materials at your disposal, but you’ll need to figure out the winning formula. Beyond creation, the challenge includes creative packaging and a commercial presentation to the jury. A sensory experience that combines strategy and sweetness, allowing everyone to take home the fruit of their labor.
Chocolate Factory: a creative and competitive challenge where teams create artisan chocolates without recipes or instructions. Each team receives quality ingredients (dark, milk, and white chocolate, dried fruit, cocoa) and tools to melt, shape, and package their product. The activity unfolds in four phases: briefing and material distribution (10-15 min), creative workshop with free experimentation (45-90 min), sales pitch to the jury with tasting (20-30 min), and awards ceremony by category (10 min). Total duration: 1-3 hours (ideal 2 hours). Teams of 8-15 people with work table and electric pots per group. Indoor, with accessible power outlets required.
Chocolate Factory strongly stimulates problem solving and lateral thinking, with medium-high training level. Key competencies: problem solving without instructions (experimenting, failing, and correcting in real time), applied creativity (from recipe to packaging to brand), time management (simultaneously managing melting, creation, packaging, and pitch), public speaking and sales (final pitch to jury with storytelling and persuasion), and self-organization (autonomous role distribution within the team). Particularly suited for sales teams and groups needing to improve autonomous problem solving.
