Cartoon Car Race

The Cartoon Car Race Team Building is an engaging activity that combines the thrill of speed with teamwork. During this activity, teams are challenged to build and customize their own cars with cardboard and tape and compete in a race on the track.

Cartoon Car Race is a creative and competitive team building activity where teams of 8-10 people design and build a life-size car using a base kit (wood, ropes, wheels) and cardboard. The chassis kit must be assembled without instructions — a genuine engineering puzzle. Then each team creates the cardboard bodywork with free decorations: shape, colors, and team name. The event culminates in a push-along race where one pilot sits in the car while teammates push along a 30-50 meter course. Awards for speed, aesthetics, and originality. Total duration: 2-3 hours (ideal: 2.5 hours). Construction space: 1 sqm/person indoors or 10 sqm/team outdoors. Race zone: at least 150 sqm. Sound system and microphone included. All materials provided by our staff.

Cartoon Car Race develops competencies with scores of Mental 7/10, Physical 5/10, Fun 9/10, and Training 6/10. Key skills developed include: problem solving and logical thinking (assembling the chassis without instructions is an engineering puzzle requiring deductive reasoning), creativity and lateral thinking (the bodywork phase stimulates collective creative expression), organization and task division (working in parallel on chassis, bodywork, and decorations), constructive competition (the final race channels energy into a healthy challenge). The chassis puzzle moment is particularly valuable for observing emergent leadership dynamics: who takes charge, who proposes solutions, who maintains morale. Suitable for every department, from technical teams to creative groups.
