We offer a fun and engaging way to foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration within a group. The idea behind this Team Building is to create scenarios or challenges where participants must work together, think quickly, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Candid Camera: participants, divided into teams of 4-8, compete creating innocent pranks filmed with cameras and spy glasses with built-in microphones. The activity includes three phases: briefing with rules and filming kit distribution (15-25 min), prank execution in urban, hotel, or outdoor locations with undercover filming (45-120 min), and editing of best clips with collective screening and voting (20-40 min). Duration: 90 to 180 minutes. Setup: 30-60 minutes. Works indoor, outdoor, or urban format. All materials — cameras, spy glasses, projection system — are included and managed by our staff.
Candid Camera develops competencies with an engagement profile of Mental 7/10, Physical 5/10, Fun 10/10, and Training 6/10. Key skills developed include: creativity and improvisation (devising original pranks and adapting to unexpected reactions), teamwork under pressure (perfect coordination between actor, cameraman, and accomplices in real time), persuasive communication (pranks require believability), managing the unexpected (instant adaptation to situations). The format with the highest fun score in our portfolio. Laughing together creates deeper bonds than any structured exercise.
