Beach Club is a sports team building on the beach with challenges including beach volleyball, kayaking, archery, water rockets, raft building, and sandcastle building. Duration 2-4 hours, 20 to 500+ participants.
Beach Club: an open-air Olympic village on the beach with sports and creative challenges — beach volleyball, kayaking, archery, water rockets, raft building, flash mob, tug of war, and sandcastle building. Participants are divided into teams and rotate across stations, each supervised by staff (1 facilitator per 2 teams). The activity unfolds in three phases: team formation (15-20 min), sports challenge rotation (90-150 min), and grand finale with awards (20-30 min). Total duration: 2-4 hours (ideal 3h). Location: beach, minimum 5 sqm/person. Setup: 1-2 hours. Fully customizable format with selectable activities.
Beach Club is a format with a low training level, focused on energy, competition, and team spirit. The key dynamics stimulated are: team spirit and cohesion (active collaboration across all challenges), healthy competition (points system with station rotation), adaptability and problem solving (creative challenges like raft building and water rockets), emergent leadership (natural team coordination in sports challenges), and positive stress management (performing under pressure while maintaining fun). The format is ideal for summer parties, summer kick-offs, and outdoor team bonding days. Our facilitators can integrate a debriefing connecting competition dynamics to office collaboration.
