Divided into teams, you will have the opportunity to develop team strategies, communicate effectively and make quick decisions. Each team member will have a specific role, such as sniper, defender or assaulter, and must collaborate to achieve team objectives.
Softair LaserTag: simulated combat with infrared beams, a technological evolution of airsoft inspired by military training systems. Teams undertake strategic missions — fort capture, VIP escort, hostage rescue, capture the flag. The activity unfolds in three phases: briefing and training with weapons testing (20-30 min), sequence of increasingly difficult missions (60-90 min), debriefing with statistics analysis and awards (15-20 min). Total duration: 2-3 hours. Flexible indoor/outdoor. Battery-powered rifles with sensors for objective real-time scoring. All equipment provided by our staff. Setup: 1 hour.
Softair LaserTag is a format with a medium training level, balancing action and learning. The key dynamics stimulated are: strategic thinking (planning the tactical approach to each mission requires terrain analysis and force distribution), leadership under pressure (in “combat” situations, natural leaders emerge who coordinate the team in real time), operational communication (transmitting rapid, precise information under stress), and mutual trust (missions like VIP escort require blind trust in teammates). The debriefing transforms the experience into learning by connecting tactical dynamics to team management in the workplace.
