Our Escape Box is a team building activity where a group of participants works together to solve puzzles, complete challenges, and stop the countdown within a set time limit. This type of activity is designed to promote teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills among team members.

Here is how it works:

Objective: The goal is to find and decipher clues, solve puzzles, and complete challenges to unlock a series of locks or mechanisms that will eventually lead to the defusing combination. The aim is to work together and utilize the team’s collective skills to achieve this goal within a specific timeframe, usually 60 to 90 minutes. Puzzles and challenges: Inside the Escape Box, participants face various types of puzzles and challenges, including riddles, math problems, logic puzzles, hidden objects, and physical tasks. These puzzles are designed to be challenging yet solvable through teamwork and creative thinking. Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration are essential. Team members must share information, delegate tasks, and work together to connect the dots and progress through the activity. Time limit: Teams are usually given a fixed period of time (e.g., 60 minutes) to complete the escape box challenge. Time is running out, which adds stress for more authentic actions and reactions; we know how important stress management is in corporate life. Team Builder: An escape box facilitator, also known as a Game Master, monitors the teams’ progress and provides hints or clues when requested. They ensure that the game runs smoothly and safely. Debriefing: At the end of the game or when time runs out, teams are asked questions about their performance, what went well, and what could have been improved. This discussion can highlight the teamwork, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills demonstrated during the game.
