An innovative activity that combines creativity, technology, and collaboration. With 3D Pen Art, participants experience something unique: bringing ideas to life using 3D pens, tools capable of “drawing” three-dimensional structures. It’s an extraordinary team building experience, where every gesture has a visible impact and every role matters. Starting from a shared idea, you work together to transform it into a concrete, original, tangible work. The result? An engaging, memorable, and highly customizable experience, perfect for stimulating teamwork, problem solving, and creativity. A format that leaves its mark, inside and outside the team.
3D Pen Art: participants, divided into teams of 4-6, use 3D pens with PLA filament to create three-dimensional sculptures inspired by a company brief. The activity unfolds in three phases: briefing with a hands-on demonstration (15-20 min), collaborative sculpture creation (40-60 min), and final presentation with voting (15-20 min). Each team works at their own table with a dedicated power outlet. Total duration: 1-2 hours. Setup: 1-2 hours. Our facilitators guide the entire process, from technical demonstration to debriefing. All materials — professional 3D pens, multicolor filaments, work bases — are included and provided by our staff.
3D Pen Art develops competencies with an engagement profile of Mental 8/10, Physical 4/10, Fun 8/10, and Training 6/10. The key skills developed are: lateral thinking (translating abstract concepts into physical objects), visual communication (aligning the team on a shared vision), practical problem solving (tackling three-dimensional structural challenges), cooperation and distributed leadership (each member contributes to a different part of the artwork). The format is particularly suited for R&D, marketing, and product design teams. Our facilitators can include a guided debriefing connecting the creative experience to everyday work dynamics, exploring themes such as limited resource management and the journey from idea to concrete realization.
